Counseling: Counseling and psychotherapy can bring a combination of uneasiness and hope. Seeking therapy is a courageous step. My hope is that it is a process in which you will be able to feel safe to express yourself openly and honestly and in which I will be able to help you with the questions and dilemmas that you are facing. We have the same goal: to get you to the point where you can "fire" me as quickly as possible.

Groups: Groups are offered in the Spring and Fall each year. These are at my office or at various locations in the community.

Supervision: Individual and Group Supervision opportunities are offered throughout the year for Licensed Professional Counselor Interns and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors in Training.
Workshops: Workshops for CEU's are offered throughout the year for LPC's and LPCS's.
