Rates are published in full below. Billing, eligibility, and network credentialing are administered exclusively through Headway, so you can verify your own out-of-pocket cost before you commit to an appointment.
Individual therapy
$200per 50-minute hour
Standard private-pay rate. Clinical assessment is conducted as part of your initial appointment at this same rate.
Standalone assessment
$300flat rate
Applies only when a diagnostic assessment is requested on its own, outside of ongoing therapy.
Care coordination
$0no surcharge
Referral outreach and provider communication carry no additional fee for actively enrolled clients.
Before you rely on an estimate
Your actual out-of-pocket cost per session depends entirely on your specific deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, pre-authorization guidelines, and whether your exact tier product is actively paneled in-network. Insurance verification performed through third-party platforms is a screening estimate and is not an absolute guarantee of payment.
All payments are securely processed automatically prior to the start of each video session.

I actively participate as an in-network provider with select commercial health insurance carriers. My behavioral health billing and network credentials are administered and managed exclusively through Headway.
To confirm your own coverage, run an eligibility check in the Headway portal — it returns an estimate specific to your plan and deductible status.

Out-of-network and superbills
We do not accept standard out-of-network health plans directly. However, active clients paying out of pocket may request a comprehensive monthly clinical superbill to submit to their insurance carrier for independent reimbursement consideration.
Final reimbursement eligibility is determined solely by your insurance provider and is not guaranteed by this practice.

Sessions are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Independence Day; limited alternative holiday appointments are available by prior request. All scheduling is displayed in Eastern Time, and your physical location is re-verified before each appointment.
